ErGallery is a curatorial and design space dedicated to promoting contemporary art and independent artistic paths.
Through its website and associated channels, ErGallery offers an ongoing artistic promotion service, aimed at the visibility, narration and dissemination of the work of participating artists, making use, where deemed appropriate, of the external collaboration of professionals operating in the fields of art, communication and media, in line with the curatorial vision of the project.
Scope of service
By adhering to this information text, ErGallery is authorized to take action to promote the artist and his works according to its own curatorial, communication, and design guidelines.
The service includes:
the presentation of 5 original works in digital format;
the drafting of the artistic biography by ErGallery, based on the information provided by the artist;
constant promotion of the works and the artistic profile for the entire duration of the service, through the website and ErGallery channels.
Contacts and sales
ErGallery does not carry out sales or commercial intermediation activities.
Any requests for information, contacts or negotiations relating to the works will take place directly between the artist and the interested parties, without responsibility, management or intervention on the part of ErGallery.
Duration
The promotional service has a total duration of 12 months, starting from the activation date.
Economic conditions
The cost of the service is €240, divided into two installments of €120:
first installment: valid for the first 6 months;
second installment: valid for the next 6 months.
Failure to pay the second installment will result in automatic suspension of service at the end of the first semester.
Concessions
Artists who collaborate with ARgallery on the production of artistic scarves or on other production projects within the project concept will benefit from a 30% discount on the promotional subscription.
Rights
The works remain the exclusive property of the artist.
The artist authorizes ARgallery to use the images of the works exclusively for promotional, cultural, and design purposes, consistent with the project's identity, without any transfer of commercial exploitation rights.
